Avalon:
Also called Field of Avalon and Field of Ruin. Once considered sacred, it is the location of the Tree of Grace, and where the Templar Order fought the final battle of their civil war that destroyed them.

Also called the Great Eastern Desert; a vast desert region several weeks journey to the east from the town of Cricket’s Glen.

Fields of Gold:
Vast fields of wild, uncultivated wheat that surrounds the Great Ash Tree. It is these stalks that are blown by the winds created by the legendary Great Death Owl, that convey the Will of Wotan to the discernment of the Readers of the Wheat within the tree. Unauthorized passage through the fields are prevented by a mesmerizing effect upon intruders generated by the rhythmic waving of the stalks, which in turn disorients the unwary, causing them to create unnatural paths in the wheat that alert the owls flying high above; thus any who enter the fields without the blessing of the Readers or the priests are snatched away as prey of the owls.

Hollow's Stream:
A mice township in the same region as Cricket’s Glen, which mysteriously vanished in a single night; no survivors, and all structures burned to the ground. The governing body congregated in a great hall called Mayor’s Hollow. Captive mice are combined with those captured in Cricket’s Glen and elsewhere, and are now en route to the mice capital as slaves.

Kildre Hill:
The fearsome hilltop ascribed as home to the legendary Black Anaius, a grim locale scattered with ancient idols, totems and sacrificial altars. The very atmosphere feels oppressive, as the hut of the actual Anaius sits atop its peak. Pilot the Tall claims that a crucial initiation to Templar knighthood is the “Rite of Kildre Hill.”

Mayor's Hollow:
A great hall that served as the seat of local government in the mice township of Hollow's Stream.

Peak of Armagh:
The highest peak that overlooks the Great Valley. Legend states that it is where Kuhl-En wrestled the Great Death Owl of Wotan for forty days and nights until breaking off one of its talons to become his weapon, the Mark of Kuhl-En.
