Thank you for visiting the LONER website! Our short story is an eight page tale that will serve as a contribution to the Image Comics Anthology POPGUN, Vol. 2 due in the summer of 2008.

This source material will also be used as the basis of a short film due to begin "production" in the early Spring of this year.

More details concerning the movie can be found on the "production journal" hosted by Tim and Elle Daniel. Hopefully, we will be able to chronicle our entire experience of producing our little film. Everytime we post a new development to our journal, we'll be sure to place the headline below!

MING DOYLE - ARTIST, CO-CREATOR
Born in Boston in the Fall of 1984 to an Irish American sailor and a Chinese Canadian librarian. Ming's formative years were spent at the Nation's oldest co-educational institution and oldest continuously running boarding school, with a brief layover in the People's Republic of China for some noodles. In 2007 she earned a BFA from Cornell University with a dual concentration in painting and drawing. Ming has brought LONER to life with a charmingly grounded realism and beauty.

TIM DANIEL, WRITER, CO-CREATOR
Born in Philly raised in Northern California, Tim discovered comics at about the time Jean Grey was sacrificing herself on a hidden moon base and saving humanity in the process. She saved Tim too, opening the door to a world of life-long reading, entertainment and imagination. After earning a BA in English from Southern Oregon University in 1997, Tim fell in love, had a daughter with his wife Erin, got older but never grew up! LONER Is Tim's first original publication and even though it's onlt 8 pages, he's very proud of it.
