Powers: None that are apparent.

Intro: These guys made some back alley deals with the French to take over the world. They have advanced technology and there are tons of them. The real story behind these guys rests in the above mentioned issue of Brit.

ANGSTROM LEVY
1st Appearance: Invincible 16

Powers: Currently he can teleport between dimensions as well as he possess a great deal of knowledge from his doubles in all those dimensions.

Intro: Angstrom has the ability to open rifts between dimensional planes. He began collecting all of his doubles from their various dimensions and hiding them in dimensionally-adjacent locations. His intent was to find a way to gain all the knowledge of his doubles so he could know where he was going when he traveled through each dimension.

BATTLE BEAST

Powers: Super Strength and Invulnerability

Intro: Battle Beast was hired by Machine Head as an enforcer. He was looking for strong opponents to test his mettle.

Teams: He goes to Upstate University

Powers: Great knowledge of electronics and biology, creator of the Reanimen

Intro: D.A. is a student at upstate university where he goes to school with Mark and William. D.A. is quite cocky and smart. He had hoped to develop the Reanimen for military use.

DARKWING II

Powers: His suit enhances his strength to some degree. He also has the ability to shift into what is called the Shadowverse. He can enter the Shadowverse through any shadow.

Intro: Darkwing (II) is the original Darkwing's assistant (the word 'Sidekick' is demeaning). Darkwing (II) wants to keep Midnight City clean of crime but employees more sinister methods then his predecessor.

Intro: Intelligent ex-government employee who made his students da bomb. (That was horrible, sorry).

Powers: Can cause seismic vibrations with wrist bands
Intro: Doc. Seismic is concerned with prestige. For him, having power is as important as being seen as powerful. He's ok with battling superheroes or even being but in prison by a hero if they have a big enough name.
