Teams: The New Guardians of the Globe

Powers: Super Strength, Invulnerable, Flight, and basically if you can get all his bits and pieces in one spot no matter how gruesome the decapitation or injury he'll be able to come back to life. 'The Immortal' isn't just a clever name.

Intro: The Immortal has been alive for longer then he can even remember. He tends to seem like a jerk but really it's his way of keeping his distance from people.

DARKWING
1st Appearance: Invincible # 7

Intro: Think Batman and you've about got him figured out. He hails from Midnight City. A spell was cast on the city to cast it into perpetual night. Not many people live there anymore but Darkwing protects the people who are left and keeps the looters at bay.

Powers: None, but I think it's safe to say he has alot of wonderful toys.

Spoiler: Darkwing appeared in one issue. He was brutally murdered along with the rest of the Guardians by Omni-man.

WAR WOMAN
1st Appearance: Invincible # 7

Powers: Flight, Strength, and Invulnerablitity. Other wise not certain.

Intro: As the name suggests, War Woman is a powerful warrior. Her transformation seems to involve a mysterious amulet around her neck. She tends to be blunt and direct in her fighting style and dealings with others.

Spoiler: She's also not paying union dues anymore. That's right, she was killed by friggin' Omni-man.

GREEN GHOST
1st Appearance: Invincible # 7

Powers: He had a medalion that gave him the ability to Fly, Survive in Space, and go intangible. I'm sure that there were plenty more that we haven't seen.

Intro: This green ghost is at least the second person to bare the name. For unknown reasons he was picked as the predecessor to the prior Green Ghost. He's still figuring his powers out.

Spoilers: You guessed it, pushing up daisies. Another victim of Omni-man. That guy needs to listen to jazz or something, you know? It might calm him down.

RED RUSH
Alias: Josef
1st Appearance: Invincible # 7

Powers: Superspeed and all the neatness that comes along with that.

Intro: The Red Rush is a compulsive helper. With his superspeed he is constantly at work even if he seems to be in one place.

Spoilers: How can I put this delicately...his skull was caved in and his brains oozed out when it was slammed into a fish...and Santa Claus is dead too. I bet you can guess who killed him too if you've been reading down the line...Yep, Omni-man, again.

MARTIAN MAN
1st Appearance: Invincible # 7

Powers: Shape Shifting, Flight, Super strength.

Intro: Much like War Woman, Martian Man seems blunt and direct. He has a rather emotionless quality to his personality. This seems to be a quality possessed by most of his race.

Spoiler: He's dead too (Omni-man again) but there's like a whole planet full of 'em. Unless those Sequid things from Invincible # 18 got 'em. The Fake Rus seems to think so.

AQUARUS

Powers: Not really clear. Presummably strength and the ability to talk to fish.

Intro: He is king of Atlantis. It seems like a rather difficult job, constantly demanding his attentions. When does this poor guy rest.

Spoiler: Flushed down that big toilet bowl in the sky....er......dead, that is. He was killed by Omni-man as well.

BLACK SAMPSON

Team: The New Guardians of the Globe

Powers: Super strength, flight, and invulnerability.

Intro: Black Samson's powers were negated and when they didn't immediately return he was taken off the active duty rooster for the Guardians of the Globe. He was bitter about this but had a suit made to give him enough power to get back on the team.
